I was very much unhappy with the service we received from Lisa Connolly. At first she seemed anxious to undervalue my home and did little in considering what the market was doing and how much similar properties were going for. Then I asked for advice on the best process for getting ready for sale and received almost no good feedback; anything I suggested might be a good idea she just said "yes" and made no recommendations on her own. Many of the things I suggested that she said "do it" ended up being costly and useless (example pre-inspection). Then when it came time to sell; I had to suggest the amount it should be posted for, once again Lisa was undervaluing it compared to the market. Then when we received our very first offer, at asking price, she pushed me to accept it right away after only being on the market for about 8 hours and with about 30 viewing still scheduled. We received 6 offers in the first day alone; and I think if she hadn't pushed us to accept we could have got more then we did considering the 3rd offer was for $15,000 more then the asking price and there was still about 12 more showing that were scheduled. Lisa seemed more interested in her trip to Ireland and getting the house sold as fast as possible than with providing negotiation services. After we accepted the offer and it came time to contract she was responsive on the questions I had for contract but offered little guidance on anything I did not specifically ask about. Then after the house was under contract she provided almost no support, didn't give me deadlines and I ended up having to rush a bunch of closing documents and items that the lawyers were giving to me in the last 5 days. I am unhappy with Lisa and would not recommend her or Baird & Warner.
