Lisa definitely knows Grayslake as she is a resident and can market it as only one who lives in Grayslake can. She helped staged my house with her own belongings, which was above and beyond. We disagreed at times on what did and didn't need to be changed in/outside my house to get people to look at my house, but in the end, the house sold and that's what matters. I definitely felt she cared about me as a person/friend and not just as a client.
